John E2023-10-04I cannot say enough good things about this company and its staff. This is the second time we have used them and will never call anyone else for our garage door needs. Justin was our service tech this time. Not only did he replace the broken door opener belt which was the reason for our call, he even adjusted the springs and, using our product, lubricated the joints and the wheels without our even asking. Kudos to Smokey’s. Keep up the great customer service!

Before I made another claim I had an independent company come out and confirm the problem, a completely blown motor, was caused by the previous warranty company not doing the job right and pawning the problem off on one I didn't have coverage for. So David from Smokeys walked into a bad situation. He confirmed the problem was probably caused by work the last company did but instead of just putting it off on someone else went above and beyond to repair it. He was personable, professionally presented, on time, and above all honest. I would recommend this company to anyone and will use them again if needed
